6.1. Members must behave respectfully towards staff, other members, and the environment. 6.2. Illegal activities, including poaching and littering, are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of membership.

7. Safety and Liability

7.1. Members must follow all safety guidelines provided. 7.2. Bait & Fin is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred while using the facilities or participating in events.

8. Cancellation and Termination

8.1. Members may cancel their membership at any time by providing written notice. 8.2. Bait & Fin reserves the right to terminate membership for violation of these terms and conditions without refund.
